We don't like tiny, unnecessarily technical legal print. We disclose all legal, marketing and product details on this site with equal light and in plain English, so you would know exactly who we are and sell, what you're getting, and what your rights are.

Here are three things you should know about Mnikolic Investment Technologies: (1) Our chief algorithm architect, Marko Nikolic, is an actual, active investor (2) We thrive on transparency, honesty, and building long-term client relationships, and (3) We believe in a fair market.

With that in mind...

All publications (research, analysis, newsletters, individual emails and messages), software (indicators, add-ons, tools, including but not limited to MarketScalper PRO, TrendSuite Institutional, TradeBuilder - Classic Edition, TradeBuilder - Core Edition, PivotBuilder Personal Trading Suite), services (signal broacasting, VPS hosting, including but not limited to Sigma Pivots, ChartVPS, Phi Volatility), and other information (collectively "Products") sold, presented, or conducted on or through, by Mnikolic Investment Technologies, its employees and affiliates, and the site's members are provided for informational purposes only. These Products are provided on "as is" basis without representation, warranty or guarantee of any kind, expressed or implied. Marko Nikolic, Mnikolic Investment Technologies, Nitrode Inc., and are not liable for any losses, monetary or otherwise, arising from any investment or trading activity practiced or executed through application or consultation of our Products.

Stocks, Forex, Futures, Options:

Trading stocks involves the risk of loss. Please consider carefully whether stocks are appropriate to your financial situation. Only risk capital should be used when trading stocks.

The highly leveraged nature of forex, futures, and options offers exceptionally large potential rewards, but also equally large potential risk. Again, do not trade with capital you cannot afford to lose. Do not over-leverage your accounts, and try to keep them under 50:1 (especially forex).

No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed on and any of the Products' promotional pages. The past performance of any trading system or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results.

CFTC Rule 4.41 – hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.

We take tremendous effort in ensuring that research, development, and analysis in form of software, publications, and services posted on this site, hails from reputable and thoroughly tested models, algorithms, and data sources. All software is rigorously tested for utility and profitability before being released. Aside from investing ample time and technological resources into developing and expanding our Products, we also continually track and qualify their empirical/real-time performance to ensure they remain applicable and true to their marketing and advertising.

One final note. You can have some of the best strategies in the world and still lose a trade. There is no such thing as an omnipotent strategy that is profitable 100% of the time - as far as we are aware. Financial markets are far too multi-faceted, and participant interests too diverse, for such a strategy to exist. The same is true of my research. We try to account for many market elements, yet once in a while, even our best performing models cannot anticipate certain market behavior. So use your best judgment - not everything we publish and/or sell on fits every trader's portfolio, strategy or goal. Whatever your style is, practice prudent order management and discipline - and always use stop losses.
